– pick out outfits for the week

July 2
– YouTube Spinning class
– pancakes
– plums

July 3
– YouTube Back Pain Yoga Class
– English Muffin Breakfast sandwiches
– strawberries
– bacon

July 4
– You Tube Neck Pain Pilates class
– Overnight oats with berries

July 5
– Elliptical Intervals
– Waffles
– Oranges

July 6
– Step Machine with lunges
– Leftovers

July 7
– Beginner Kettle Ball
– Leftovers

July 8
– Arm Toning
– Leftovers
