So since we’ve both been told to lower our cholesterol, I am trying to get hubby to go all in on some small diet changes.
Usually on Sundays, we have some form of carbs for breakfast with take out Coolattas from Dunks.
Today I made banana, strawberries, and peach smoothies with almond milk.
Usually I add in green veggies for myself, but I skipped that step to ease him in gently.
He is still making “ewwww” faces with every step.
